Card Management
- View Details & Tap To Add
View all your card information in our app. No need to search for your card every time you need to make an online purchase. Also, add your card to your digital wallet with the click of a button. It's perfect for when you don't have your physical card handy. You can even use it before your physical card arrives. - Block/Unblock
With just a tap or click, you can temporarily block your card. This is perfect for when you don't know where you placed your card. When you find your card, it's just as easy to unblock. - Card Replacement
If your card has been stolen or lost you can request a new card, and your old will be permanently closed. You'll receive a card replacement with a new number within 7-10 business days. - Travel Notice
If you are going out of town, it's easy to create a travel notice on your own. Simply choose your dates and your destination.
- Authorization Alerts
You can set up custom thresholds to receive alerts when your transactions are authorized. Alerts help you to keep track of your card's usage and allow you to be notified of unauthorized usage.
- Foreign Transactions
You can choose to allow or deny foreign transactions on your debit or credit card.

Within Online Banking go to Settings > Contact, then click the pencil icon next to your mobile number. How do I get started using Card Controls?
It’s easy! Log into the AOCU mobile app or online banking portal, click on the widget named “Card Management”. Click on your card to reveal the card control options. From this widget you will be able to control your credit and/or debit card.

How do I set up Alerts?
Make sure your contact information is up to date in Online Banking under Settings > Contact. Within the Card Management widget, click the gear next to Registration to choose your notification delivery method. Click the gear icon next to Alert Threshold to set up your alerts.

I set up alerts, why am I not receiving them?
To receive alerts, you need to make sure the AOCU app allows notifications. Go to the settings on your phone, find the AOCU mobile app and make sure notifications are turned on.

What should I do if I lose my credit or debit card?
If you should lose your card, log into the AOCU Mobile app or online banking, click on “Card Management”, choose the gear icon next to Block/Unblock card. Blocking your card will temporarily turn off your card and prevent any unauthorized transactions.

If you cannot find your card, and you believe you need a replacement, go to “Card Replacement”. Both “lost” or “stolen” options will give you a replacement card with a new card number. This option should only be used as a last resort when your card cannot be found.

I am going on vacation, how do I set a travel notice?
It's easy! Select “Travel Notice”. Pick your start and end date, whether you will be domestic or international and then type in your travel locations. Click save, and you are all set.

Can I block international transactions on my card?
Yes. Under “Enable Foreign Transactions”, make sure the toggle is switched to “NO” if you do not want foreign transactions processed on your card. If you choose “YES” all card transactions outside of the US will be processed.
